As mentioned before in an email, we need to decide what qualities we want to high-light, encourage and recognize each year in the Woodall Man of the Year award.

To begin the discussion, I recommend:
  1. Generous Man
  2. Adventurous Man
  3. Successful Man
  4. Growing Man
  5. Godly Man

Or perhaps we keep it to our various roles:
  • Father
  • Brother
  • Husband
  • Friend

In either case, I don't want to create an objective check list to determine the award.  It should be something that we can decide when we connect on the issue to vote subjectively according to how we see each man developing as a man.
